Frequently Asked Question

In the App store on both iPhone and Android, download the app called Zimbra.

Setup is quick and simple.

If you see options for IMAP or POP, Please choose IMAP

Start with your email address and password.

Next you’ll need to enter the correct incoming mail server name: mail.runestone.net

(this is the same for the outgoing mail server name.)

Then it will ask for the port, use 993 for incoming mail and port 465 for outgoing mail.

The Security setting for both should be SSL/TLS

The Authentication should be Normal Password.

Note: on some devices, you may only need to enter the email address and password.
